  Prior to actually placing a maintenance order, please verify the following:

  • Have you checked the time clock or switches?
  • Is there power to the sign?

Please specify, as accurately as possible, which sign needs repair. (Is it a free standing pylon sign or a wall mounted sign? Is it a channel letter? Are there multiple letters out?)
Please describe the problem with the sign? A precise description is very important in order to correct your sign problem as quickly as possible.
Who can the technician ask for that is usually at your location during the day and knows how to turn the signs on and off? Does this person have a different contact telephone number? If so, please provide.
